Holistic feminist safety across analogue and digital life

Holistic feminist safety is the framework that connects my work. It follows how gendered inequality, discrimination and violence move across bodies, relationships, work, institutions, media, public space and digital systems — and how safety and resistance must move between them too.

Technology-facilitated gender-based violence is a central field within this broader practice, alongside digital self-defence, law and institutions, media and culture, work and care, feminist education and collective action.

The same questions move through two connected spaces. Afterhours is where independent collective practice takes form; the Digital Archives document that practice alongside research, teaching, policy and publication work.

Areas of expertise

Six fields, one framework

Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence and Feminist Resistance

Research on digital harassment, cyberstalking, technology-enabled coercive control, non-consensual intimate content, sextortion, doxxing, impersonation, coordinated attacks and sexual deepfakes. I connect lived experience with law, evidence, platform power, institutional responsibility, access to support and feminist resistance.
